Child Safety and Zero Tolerance Policy

At Flewte, we uphold an unwavering commitment to the protection and safety of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in all forms. Any individual or entity found to be engaging in, facilitating, distributing, or attempting to distribute such content will be subject to immediate and severe legal action. Federal law prohibits the production, advertisement, transportation, distribution, receipt, sale, access with intent to view, and possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Underlying every sexually explicit image or video of a child is abuse, rape, molestation, and/or exploitation. The production of CSAM creates a permanent record of the child’s victimization.

CSAE refers to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, for example, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.

CSAM stands for Child Sexual Abuse Material. It is illegal, and our Terms of Service prohibit using the Flewte Platform to store, share, or otherwise distribute this content. CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Flewte is steadfast in its mission to protect users and prevent the exploitation of children on its platform. We take a zero-tolerance approach to CSAE and CSAM, working closely with the appropriate authorities to identify, investigate, report, and remove any individuals or content that violate our policies. By maintaining strict enforcement measures and fostering a safer online space, we reaffirm our dedication to combating these threats at every level. Our dedication to protecting users is unwavering, and we will persist in our efforts to uphold the highest standards of safety.

Published Standards & Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Flewte explicitly prohibits CSAE and CSAM in its publicly accessible standards, including this policy, our Terms of Service, and Community Guidelines. We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • The EARN IT Act
  • The International Convention on the Rights of the Child

Additionally, Flewte has a process in place to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority where required by law.

Additionally, Flewte provides parents and guardians with tools to restrict access for individuals under 18 through device-level parental controls.
