2. REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
2.1 DMCA Notice Requirements
If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on Flewte without authorization, your notice must include:
A. Your full legal name and signature
B. Identification of the copyrighted work
C. Identification of the infringing content (including URLs)
D. A good-faith belief statement
E. A penalty-of-perjury accuracy statement
F. Contact information
2.2 Incomplete Notices
Incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed.
3. FLEWTE’S RESPONSE TO VALID NOTICES
3.1 Actions Taken
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Flewte will:
A. Remove or disable access to the content
B. Notify the Member who posted the content
C. Document the action for compliance
D. Apply its Repeat Infringer Policy if applicable
4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
4.1 Requirements
If your content is removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notification including:
A. Your name and signature
B. Identification of the content previously removed
C. A penalty-of-perjury mistake/misidentification statement
D. Consent to the jurisdiction of your local U.S. Federal District Court
E. Contact information
4.2 Restoration of Content
Content may be restored after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
5. ABUSE OF THE DMCA PROCESS
5.1 Prohibited Actions
Knowingly false, fraudulent, or malicious DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in:
- Account suspension
- Legal liability
- Loss of DMCA privileges
6. COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE
6.1 User Responsibilities
Users may upload only content they own or have permission to use.
By uploading content, you represent that you have all required rights, licenses, and permissions.
6.2 DMCA Safe Harbor
Flewte operates under the DMCA Safe Harbor provisions and may remove or restrict content in response to DMCA notices.
7. NOTICE-AND-TAKEDOWN OVERVIEW
7.1 How to Submit a Notice

Your notice must include all required DMCA elements. (see section 2.1 DMCA Notice Requirements)
7.2 Process After Submission
After a valid notice is received:
A. The content is removed
B. The uploader is notified
C. Counter-notices are accepted
D. Repeat violations are enforced
8. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
8.1 Definition
A repeat infringer is any user who has:
A. Multiple pieces of content removed for copyright infringement, or
B. Repeated DMCA complaints, or
C. Evidence of ongoing infringement activity
8.2 Consequences
Consequences may include:
A. Temporary suspension
B. Loss of posting privileges
C. Permanent account termination
D. Removal from advertising or business programs
