FLEWTE – TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Flewte Media Group, LLC (“Flewte”) website or application, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and all policies referenced herein.
The purpose of Flewte Media Group, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (“Flewte”) is to provide an opportunity for the public to engage in conversation on a variety of topics. However, Flewte has put forth certain rules for conduct on its website in order to make each user’s experience a positive one. The following rules will be enforced to provide a parameter for Flewte’s online social media site.

2. DEFINITIONS

• “Service” / “Flewte Service” – The platform, website, features, tools, applications, and services provided by Flewte.
• “Paid Subscriptions” – Subscription-based access requiring payment.
• “User Data” – Information provided by users or collected by Flewte as described.
• “Content” – Posts, comments, images, videos, links, or other material shared by users.
• “Account” – A registered profile enabling use of the platform.
• “Deactivated Account” / “Deleted Account” – Account statuses described in Section 8.
• “Verification Services” – Paid monthly verification subscription.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND CHILD ACCESS

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement
Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Flewte Service.

3.2 Users Ages 16–17
Individuals who are 16 or 17 years old may use the Flewte platform; however, Flewte strongly recommends parental awareness or approval for users in this age group.

3.3 Under 16 Strictly Prohibited
Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Flewte Service under any circumstances.
If Flewte becomes aware that an account was created by someone under 16, the account will be deleted and any collected data removed in accordance with policy.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To access some features, you may need to create a Flewte account. Your username and password are for your personal use only, and you are responsible for safeguarding them. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Flewte reserves the right to reclaim or request changes to your username.

It is forbidden to use or attempt to obtain and use any other person’s passwords, keys, tokens, cookies, certifications, usernames, login, or data information to access, delete, modify, or add private information or account features.

5. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USES

5.1 Content Restrictions

Sexual Exploitation and Illegal Chemical Substances:
Flewte will not permit the solicitation and purchase of or free access to child pornography, illegal substances, human trafficking or any type of process or product that could cause physical or emotional harm.

Harassment/Abuse:
Flewte will not permit offensive, insulting or harassing comments directed at a specific individual or encourage others to do so.

Hateful/Bullying Conduct:
Content attacking anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, health, or culture is not permitted.

Political Dialog:
Flewte encourages robust political dialog but does not permit harassment, bullying, or demeaning others for their political views.

Self-Harm:
Postings encouraging suicide or self-harm are not permitted.

Photograph/Video Discretion:
No postings containing gore, violence, sexual content, sexual violence or physical assaults.

Illegal or Regulated Goods and Services:
No promotion, sale, purchase, or facilitation of illegal or regulated goods and services.

5.2 Integrity, Identity, and Intellectual Property

Integrity:
Users may not manipulate media content, interfere with elections, or use spam/disruptive actions.

Identity:
Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or groups is prohibited.
Fake identifications are also prohibited.

Intellectual Property:
Users may not infringe trademarks, tradenames, or copyrights.

6. FLEWTE SERVICE OPTIONS

Flewte offers both free and paid features. Special promotional plans may be available. Flewte is not responsible for third-party products or services.

7. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

7.1 Payment & Renewal

Paid Subscriptions may be purchased through Flewte or authorized third parties. Fees recur as disclosed.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.

Auto Renewal:
When a month-to-month subscription is cancelled for any reason, Flewte will honor remaining days until midnight of the last day of the billing cycle.

Refunds:
Provided only as expressly stated. Most cases are referred to third-party payment providers.

7.2 Subscription Rules (All Account Types)

Individual accounts are free.

Business accounts:
Month-to-month, auto-renewing.
Nonpayment results in deactivation.
If not reactivated before the subscription period ends, remaining time is forfeited.

Verification services:
Monthly subscription.
If unpaid, verification deactivates and must be re-applied for.

8. ACCOUNT STATUS

8.1 Deactivated Accounts

• Can be deactivated anytime
• User loses access but data remains
• Visible to no one
• 90-day reactivation window before deletion
• Sponsor/protege connections remain

8.2 Deleted Accounts

• Permanent
• Subscription time forfeited
• No refunds
• All data removed
• Username may become available to others
• Sponsor/protege connections are lost

9. THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS & INTEGRATIONS

Flewte is not responsible for availability, compatibility, or additional terms required by third parties.

10. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Flewte may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice or liability.

11. USE OF INFORMATION

Flewte may use your information to:
• Create and secure accounts
• Improve the media site
• Customize/personalize advertising
• Send/receive requested information
• Provide updates or alerts
• Provide security/administrative notifications
• Advertise or market
• Support business transfers (merger, sale, dissolution, etc.)

12. COOKIES

Flewte may collect information using cookies or tracking technologies.

Session cookies:
Deleted when browser closes.

Persistent cookies:
Require browser clearing or account deletion.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flewte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Flewte Service.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via prominent notices or email notifications.
